1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate where you live. We may approve, reject, waitlist, suspend, or remove any applicant or ambassador at our discretion.
2. Program Discretion and Revocation
Ambassadorship is not a right, entitlement, employment relationship, agency relationship, or guaranteed status. Greatest Nation may approve, deny, pause, suspend, revoke, remove, limit, or change ambassador participation at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason permitted by law, including suspected abuse, rule violations, brand safety concerns, inactivity, risk, program changes, or conduct that the Greatest Nation team determines is inconsistent with the program.
3. Independent Status
Ambassadors are independent volunteers or independent contractors, not employees, partners, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Greatest Nation. You may not bind Greatest Nation or imply official authority.
4. Required Disclosures
If you receive rewards, access, perks, recognition, or other value, you must disclose your material connection in a clear, hard to miss way when posting endorsements or promotional content. FTC guidance says disclosure should be close to the endorsement and easy to understand.
5. No Financial Claims
You may not promise profits, predict prices as fact, guarantee outcomes, provide investment advice, imply government backing, misrepresent risk, or pressure people to buy or hold digital assets.
6. Submissions
Task links, referrals, Telegram activity proof, event proof, screenshots, reports, wallet addresses, and other submissions must be truthful and your own. Duplicate, fake, purchased, misleading, spam, or low effort submissions may be rejected or penalized.
Ambassadors must use the same X account submitted in the application or submission record to follow the official Greatest Nation X account, and must join the official Greatest Nation Telegram community. Greatest Nation may request proof of those channel requirements before approving tasks, points, rewards, or monthly allocation eligibility.
7. Content License
By submitting or publicly posting ambassador content, you grant Greatest Nation a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to repost, quote, display, archive, and promote that content for community and program purposes, subject to platform rules.
8. Rewards
Points, badges, leaderboard placements, merchandise, token rewards, private access, and other benefits are discretionary. See the Rewards Policy. No reward is guaranteed, vested, or owed until approved and issued. All newly approved ambassadors begin with a 30 day Trial Ambassador period. Trial ambassadors may earn approved points and accrue potential coin allocation review records, but reward coins are only issued if the ambassador passes the trial and moves to Cadet Ambassador status. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and final program rules, allocated reward coins must remain in the ambassador's submitted reward wallet for at least 12 months measured from the first monthly coin reward received. Early sale, transfer, swap, movement to another wallet, or attempted workaround before the holding period ends will result in immediate ambassador revocation and loss of future reward eligibility.
9. Confidentiality
If you receive private plans, announcements, wallet information, partner information, or internal strategy, you must keep it confidential unless Greatest Nation authorizes public release.
10. Conduct
You must follow the Community Guidelines, platform rules, and applicable laws. Immediate removal may occur for scams, hate speech, harassment, fake giveaways, impersonation, threats, buying followers, or manipulation.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, registrations, licenses, or filings connected to rewards or activity. Greatest Nation may request additional tax information before issuing significant rewards.
12. Program Changes
Greatest Nation may modify tasks, points, ranks, rewards, eligibility, review standards, and these terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the updated program rules.
