1. Applicant Information
Applications may collect legal name, display name, email, phone, location, social profiles, follower counts, average views, wallet address, experience, skills, languages, availability, referral code, and policy confirmations.
2. Program Records
If approved, we may keep ambassador status, rank, points, task submissions, review decisions, badge awards, referral history, reward records, wallet payout details, warnings, suspensions, and admin notes.
3. Review and Safety
We use ambassador information to review eligibility, approve or reject tasks, detect duplicates or low quality submissions, investigate fraud or impersonation, issue strikes, and protect the community.
4. Public Display
Display name, public profile links, points, ranks, badges, approved content, and leaderboard placement may be shown publicly or shared in community updates.
5. Wallets and Rewards
Wallet addresses and reward records may be used to administer discretionary rewards. Public blockchain transactions may be visible to anyone and cannot be deleted from the blockchain by Greatest Nation.
6. Service Providers
Backend, hosting, database, email, security, and analytics providers may process information for program operations. They are expected to handle data only for authorized purposes.
7. Retention
We may retain application, review, reward, and conduct records for program integrity, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
8. Your Choices
You may ask to update your profile, withdraw from the program, or request deletion of nonessential records. Some records may be retained if needed for legal, tax, safety, or anti fraud reasons.
9. Sensitive Information
Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, government ID numbers, or unrelated sensitive data unless a future approved process specifically requests it through a secure channel.
